Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks on booking, phone and directions links, device type, approximate location and how you found us. Clarity records interactions (clicks, scrolling) and masks text you type. Analytics are not loaded if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Booking and payments
Appointments and payments are handled by Square, which has its own privacy policy. Your name, contact details and card details are entered on Square, not on this site.
Forms on this site
When you send a message, ask a question, apply to join the studio, request Academy information, send a brand inquiry or leave your email for the Shop, this site collects what you type into that form (for example name, email or phone, message, answers and, in the Ask a question form, the photos you choose to attach). Photos are optional. We use this only to reply to you or to answer your request, and we do not use your photos publicly without asking you first. Forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your message or photos at any time by email.
Anonymous messages
The “Say it honestly” form does not ask for your name, email or phone. Your message is stored so Natalie can read it and reply on a private page. Anyone who has the private link can read that conversation, so please keep the link to yourself. The private conversation page is not recorded by analytics and is not indexed by search engines.
Maps
The Location page links to Google Maps and Apple Maps for directions. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal and “Do Not Track”: analytics are not loaded if your browser sends either one. You can also block analytics with your browser settings or an extension. California residents may request access to or deletion of their data by email.
